Lessons

Anderson Equine's lesson program brings together students of all ages and levels of experience, offering them the opportunity to learn to ride and work on horsemanship skills.

Whether you’re a brand-new rider, an intermediate rider with some experience, or an expert rider continuing your education and expanding your skills, we provide both horsemanship and riding education to students of all ages 6 and up.

Lessons take place in our large indoor and outdoor arenas. Every rider begins on the flat, establishing fundamentals, confidence, and strong horsemanship. Jumping is introduced once riders are secure and ready to progress.

Beginning riders—if you’re just starting out, we require private lessons until you’re comfortable grooming and tacking independently and can confidently walk and trot on your own.
